A Little Bit About Chelsea…
I was born in Atlanta, GA and moved to Colorado when I was about 3 months old. So as much as I’d like to call myself a native, I just missed the mark. I grew up in the Aurora and Centennial area, and graduated from Smoky Hill High School.
I graduated from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs majoring in Psychology. I think this is the root of why I love working with and helping people so much. I planned to start a career in as a child psychologist, but after working in day-cares while earning my degree, I quickly learned that if I spent all day helping children I’d probably never want any of my own. And since becoming a mother someday is important to me, I had to change career paths to work with adults somehow! I spent a couple years managing a marketing firm in Denver before finding my true passion for helping people in real estate.
When I’m not focused on the Real Estate market, I have a lot of hobbies and love exploring all that Colorado has to offer. In the summer I love to go hiking with my two dogs, Boulder and the Colorado Springs incline are a couple of my favorite spots. I also love white water rafting, and kayaking when I get the chance. Going to the pool with my husband and stepdaughter are a necessity in the summer as well. In the winter I snowboard at Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail every chance I get!
Since starting my career in real estate, I’m now a buyer specialist and I love every minute of it. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but I excel at laying out every step as simply, and matter of factly as possible. Many buyers think securing a home in this market will take months, but I work hard to promote my buyers, and make sure their contract gets accepted over many others. My passion for my clients is apparent with every transaction because I always put their needs and goals as my top priority. It’s my pleasure to help your dream of being a home-owner become a reality!
